The parties agree to a wage re-opener for the period of January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. The wage reopener is specific to general wages only (basic rate of pay), unless specifically agreed to by the parties. Notice to bargain the reopener clause shall be in writing and given by either party to the other not less than sixty (60) calendar days nor more than one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days prior to December 31, 2024.
