Article 32: Long Service Recognition
- A Long Service Recognition shall be paid to Regular Employees based on the employee’s anniversary date from the date of hire.
- Part time employees shall receive an amount pro-rated to the employee’s FTE as at the date of their anniversary, but in any case, shall not receive less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
- The basic amounts for each anniversary date shall be as follows:
10 year anniversary date - $750.00
15 year anniversary date - $1000.00
20 year anniversary date - $1500.00
25 year anniversary date - $2500.00
