Article 7: No Strike or Lock Out
- There shall be no strike, lockout or slowdown during the life of this Collective Agreement.
- If an employee engages in a strike, slow down, stoppage of work, picketing of an Employer’s premises, or refusal to perform work, during the life of this Collective Agreement, the Union shall instruct them to return to work immediately and perform their duties faithfully and resort to the grievance procedure established herein for the settlement of the difference or grievance. If the Employee does not return and comply immediately with such direction, they shall be deemed to have terminated their employment.
