LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING #33

BETWEEN

ALBERTA PRECISION LABORATORIES
(hereinafter referred to as the Employer)

- and -

HEALTH SCIENCES ASSOCIATION OF ALBERTA
(hereinafter referred to as the Union)

RE: LIVING DONOR WAGE REPLACEMENT

WHEREAS the parties wish to reduce barriers that may prevent an Employee from becoming a living donor;

The Parties agree that the Alberta Health Services “Living Donor Wage Replacement” Policy will apply to eligible Employees who are part of this Collective Agreement.

This Letter of Understanding will expire September 30, 2028, or upon the date of ratification of the next Collective Agreement, whichever is later.
