ALBERTA PRECISION LABORATORIES
(hereinafter referred to as the Employer)

HEALTH SCIENCES ASSOCIATION OF ALBERTA
(hereinafter referred to as the Union)

RE:  JOINT CLASSIFICATION COMMITTEE

The parties acknowledge that APL participates in the AHS/HSAA Joint Classification Committee that is outlined in the AHS/HSAA Collective Agreement Letter of Understanding #39.

This Letter of Understanding will expire September 30, 2024, or upon the date of ratification of the next Collective Agreement, whichever is later.
