NOTE: All Employees who are red circled on the date that a grid increase becomes effective shall receive a lump sum equivalent to the percentage increase in each year.

COVID Response Lump Sum:

On the pay period following the Date of Ratification, each Employee or former Employee shall be issued a one-time premium payment of 1% of the Basic Rate of Pay for all paid hours between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021.  The Parties agree the application of this lump sum for terminated employees is included in Article 1.03 of the collective agreement.
