(hereinafter referred to as the Union)
RE: SUPPLEMENTARY BENEFIT PLAN IMPROVEMENTS
Supplementary Benefit Plan
Effective ninety (90) days post-ratification, the increased coverage provided under the Supplementary Benefits Plan shall be amended as follows:
- removal of the requirement for a Physician’s order for accessing Registered Massage Therapy and Orthotics
Registered Massage Therapist $50 per visit to a maximum of $1,000 per person each benefit year; and
Occupational Therapist, and Physiotherapist are covered at $50 per visit to a combined maximum of $1,000 per person each benefit year; and
Enhanced benefits coverage for Registered Psychologist, Master of Social Work and/or Addictions Counsellor to a combined maximum of $3,000 per participant per benefit year
