Article 41: Employee-Management Advisory Committee
- The Parties to this Collective Agreement agree to establish an Employee-Management Advisory Committee (EMAC), or the equivalent for promoting harmonious relationships and discussing topics of mutual concern between the Employees and the Employer that are not collective bargaining issues.
- Employee representatives on EMAC shall be appointed by their local unit executive.
- There shall be no loss of income for time spent by Employees at meetings and in carrying out the functions of this committee.
