Article 48: Copies of Collective Agreement
- The Employer shall provide access to an electronic copy of the Collective Agreement to each new Employee upon appointment. When requested by a new Employee, the Employer shall provide a copy of the Collective Agreement in paper form.
- The Collective Agreement shall be printed in paper form by the Union, and the cost shall be shared equally between the parties.
- The final version of the Collective Agreement shall be maintained in electronic form and both the Employer and the Union shall be provided with a copy of the final version of the Collective Agreement.
