HSAA recognizes members for their contributions through both annual awards and long-service pins. At Convention, members are chosen to be recognized for contributions and outstanding efforts by receiving one of HSAA's awards. Members receive long-service pins to recognize milestones in their years of service as a union member, starting at 10 years going up to 45 years.
