The HSAA Workplace Health, Safety & Wellness Committee is seeking nominations of members whose activities have:
- Demonstrated actions or victories for better health and safety conditions,
- Raised awareness of health and safety issues,
- Shown leadership or activism in health and safety, or
- Demonstrated creativity to promote health and safety at the worksite.
To be eligible to receive this award, the nominated member must:
- Be a HSAA member, active or retired less than 1 year, and in good standing;
- Be a worker member on a joint health and safety committee or retired from committee less than 1 year;
- Be involved in health and safety activities at the worksite; and
- Not be a previous recipient of the award.
Nominations must be submitted using the online form below by March 31. This award will be presented at Convention annually.
