Every Day Counts

Can’t participate in Code Blue Wednesday or want to do more?

There are so many opportunities to dive it!

  1. Have a few hours?

    • Request a meeting with your MLA. Be heard face-to-face.
    • Get your friends and family involved - have them sign up for our public mailing list. Ask them write letters and share posts as well.
    • Show up at labour rallies and government events and be heard. Example, a rally organized to support teachers or a townhall held by a government official.

  2. Have an hour?

    • Write to your MLA  - tell them what's at stake.
    • Share your personal story online - a few honest lines makes a difference.
    • Talk to your coworkers who aren't as actively engaged, bring them in.

  3. Have a few minutes?

Enlist your friends, family and your network!

We're taking it beyond the ads and into the real world.

Soon, we'll invite the public to submit messages of support for healthcare workers. These messages will be displayed on shoes, creating a powerful, visual representation of the shoes you walk in every day.

We will use this striking display to generate media attention and send a clear message: Albertans stand with health professionals.

Ask your friends and family to sign up for our public mailing list to be notified when this starts. It's a simple action that will make a huge impact.
