Steward Learning Series 1- My Union My Role (Calgary)

Yay! You are a Steward! Now what? Don’t fret, this one-day introductory course will help you demystify your new role! We will dive into the many roles an HSAA Steward will fulfill in their workplace, and how to get started with the understanding that you do not yet have all the tools in your toolbox.  Participants will get an introduction into reading their collective agreement and learn about importance of building relationships, particularly with the LRO.  Take home assignments will help Stewards build relationships and increase their presence in the workplace.
