CBS (Technical) Bargaining Update

Thank you for completing the bargaining survey in late 2024. It has supplied us with valuable insight into your concerns, interests, and priorities. 

Your bargaining committee will be meeting in March 2025 to go through the survey results and build proposals based on your priorities. We will then set dates to meet with the Employer and work towards a collective agreement that meets your needs and interests. 

We had planned to complete the CBS Transport bargaining for 2021-2024 before starting negotiations for CBS Technical and CBS Transport for 2024 onward, but we are currently in ESA Negotiations with the CBS Transport group.
