Question: What is my login information?
There is no change to how you log in: you’ll continue to use your HSAA Member ID and current password. If you don’t already have an account, you will need to register before logging in.
Question: What if I forgot my Member ID or password?
You can use the “Forgot Member ID” or “Forgot my password” links on the log in page to get your information. If you still have trouble logging in, reach out to the Members’ Resource Centre at MRC@hsaa.ca or 1-844-280-4722 for assistance.
Question: What do I need to log in for?
More content is now available without a log in, but some important information, event registration and submitting webforms still requires a member to log in.

Question: How do I access my collective agreement?
All collective agreements are found in “Bargaining & Collective Agreements” in the main menu, or through a quick link in the top navigation menu. These links are accessible to all users without logging in. If you are logged in, you can also find your collective agreement(s) on your profile page.
Question: How do I submit an expense?
There is a new page dedicated to expenses, found in the main menu under “Member Resources.” This page has information on the expense process and connects you to the online expense system.
Question: How do I find my Union reps?
A list of Union contacts is included on your member profile page. You can also find your Local Unit contacts on the “My Local Unit” page or your Health & Safety contacts on the “My Health & Safety Committee” page.
Note: Your Local Unit(s) and Joint Worksite Health & Safety Committee(s) are also listed on your member profile page.
Question: How do I access HSAA’s bursaries?
All bursaries and scholarships information is found in the main menu under “Member Resources.” Click on “Member Resources” then “Benefits” and you will find “Bursaries & Scholarships.”
Question: How do I access member policies?
Member policies are now under “About HSAA” in the menu. Click on “About HSAA” then “Member Policies.” You will need to log in to view membership policies.
Question: How do I find bargaining updates?
Bargaining updates are found in “Bargaining & Collective Agreements” in the main menu.
Question: How do I access the Constitution/Position Statements.
The Constitution and Position Statements are now under “About HSAA” then “Constitution” or “Position Statements.” These documents are visible without a log in.
Question: How do I find HSAA Committee information?
You can find information about HSAA’s Board Committees on the committees page. Access the page from the main menu under “About HSAA” then “Committees.”
Question: How do I get to the HSAA Store?
Links to the HSAA Store are available in the top navigation menu and on the homepage.
Question: What is in the “Get Involved” section of the menu?
The “Get Involved” section in the menu reflects some items of how you can be more involved in the Union. There is easy access to information on new member orientation and joining a committee. This is also where you find “Support our Advocacy,” which has campaign and action-based content for members and the public.
