Web Account Deletion
A member may delete their HSAA Web Account at any time by emailing communications@hsaa.ca to confirm their deletion request.
Please note that a request to delete your account will:
- Remove any personal information along with your account access.
- Initiate a manual process to delete your account. You will receive confirmation of the account deletion within 5 business days.
- Remove your log in access to both hsaa.ca and the app.
Account deletion will not:
- Change your status as a member of the union, including your right to representation, dues payments and access to membership benefits.
- Employees are part of a union when they benefit from a collective agreement reached through bargaining between their employer and the Union. This is a legislated process and cannot be impacted by web account deletion.
