Hello, my name is Lisa Constantini, a Medical Laboratory Assistant by profession with Alberta Precision Labs and I have been honoured to have represented HSAA members during my 1st term. I am seeking re-election to the HSAA Board of Directors in the Calgary District. As a dedicated member of HSAA for 18 years, prior to the Board of Directors I have been a Local Unit Representative, on several Bargaining Committee's, Steward and Co-Chair of my Local Unit Executive and on the HSAA Finance Committee.
If re-elected, I will continue to ensure our union remains a powerful voice for all members. I'm committed to protecting and advancing the rights of our members and determined to continue fighting for fair wages, safe working conditions, and strong representation. In Solidarity I have participated and represented HSAA at Lobby Days, rallies and Picket Lines. I believe in being transparent and fiscally responsible and making the best decisions for our union to lead us into the future.
