That’s why we’re calling on dedicated leaders like you to step up and join our in-person Strike Captain Training this July 5 in Calgary.

Strike Captains play a vital role in helping organize picket lines, sharing accurate information, and supporting fellow members during job action. With your leadership, we can ensure that should members exercise their rights, they are supported, well-organized and strong.

For most of us, this will be our first time stepping into a role like this, and that’s okay!

We’ll make sure you have the tools, training, and support to lead with confidence. Because when we stand together, we win.
