Members not chosen for sponsored spots are welcome to purchase their own tickets to attend.

  • HSAA will have sponsored spots available for members to attend.
  • This event is hosted by PIA and is not put on by HSAA.
  • There are no restrictions for this event and all members are encouraged to apply.
  • HSAA will cover all expenses for this event (wages, accommodation, etc.)
  • If you would like to attend, please add your name to the waitlist. When registration closes, HSAA will review applicants and select attendees according to policy.
  • You will have until February 3,2025 at 8:30 a.m. to submit your name into the lottery.
