Bargaining updates

Your bargaining committee met with the employer on July 15 and 16, 2025, to continue our non-monetary discussions. On July 16, we also exchanged monetary proposals at the conclusion of the day. While only one non-monetary article was signed off during this session, we made meaningful progress on several outstanding items and moved closer to agreement on others. We also provided a detailed walkthrough of our monetary package, and we now await the employer’s responses when we reconvene on September 4 and 5, 2025.
