Bargaining updates

Your bargaining committee met with the employer on May 28, 2025. This was our fourth day of negotiations on our non-monetary proposals.  

The employer responded to all of our outstanding non-monetary proposals, although there was not much movement, we are still having meaningful conversations. During these discussions, we were able to sign off 4 non-monetary articles and 1 Letter of Understanding.  

We are meeting with the employer on July 15-16, 2025, to continue our non-monetary negotiations. We have 9 outstanding non-monetary proposals, and we are optimistic we will be able to exchange our monetary packages by July 16.  

We have secured further dates and will be meeting: 

  • September 4-5, 2025
  • Sept 16, 2025
  • Sept 18, 2025
