WCB-Alberta (Millard Health) Collective Agreement Ratified

HSAA members who are covered under the WCB-Alberta (Millard Health) Agreement have voted to ratify the Tentative Agreement reached on Feb. 5, 2026.

Of members who cast their ballot, 93.6% voted in favour of accepting the agreement. With 144 ballots cast, voter turnout was 71%.

The agreement will be in effect as of Feb. 24, 2026, and covers the period of Jan. 1, 2025, to Dec. 31, 2028.

A draft will be posted on the website as soon as possible.

The employer has confirmed that members will receive retroactive payments on their end of March pay.

This agreement reflects the commitment and hard work of Bargaining Committee members Brian Podruzny and JoAnne Dore, who represented members throughout the negotiations. HSAA thanks all members for their support and participation in the process, including all those who voted on this agreement.
