WCB-Alberta (Millard Health) Bargaining Update #11 – Dates Set for Informal Mediation

We are scheduled for informal mediation on January 29-30, 2026. During these two days, we will be working hard to secure a fair deal for all our members. If we do not have a deal by January 30, 2026, but are close to finalizing a tentative agreement, we have also secured February 4, 2026.

Your committee will assess where we are at by the end of the day on January 30, 2026, to determine if we proceed on February 4, 2026, or move to the next steps of formal mediation.

If we choose to move forward with formal mediation, an Essential Services Agreement must be in place. This process has already started with notice provided to the employer on December 8, 2025.
