HSAA members who are covered by the Siksika Health Services (SHS) Collective Agreement have voted to ratify the tentative agreement reached on November 26, 2025.
Of the eligible members who cast their ballot, 100% voted in favour of accepting the new agreement.
This agreement will be in effect as of December 12, 2025, and covers the period of April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2026.
The agreed upon wage increases are as follows:
- Year 1 (April 1, 2023) 7% increase
- Year 2 (April 1, 2024) 2% increase – retroactive
- Year 3 (April 1, 2025) 2% increase - retroactive
Other improvements include:
- Alignment of the language to current SHS practices
- 4 named holidays added
