Rexall Calgary Bargaining Update #2: Negotiations Delayed

Thank you for completing the bargaining survey earlier this year. It has supplied us with valuable insight into your concerns, interests and priorities. We will be taking these items forward to the Employer.

Your bargaining committee has been hard at work preparing to sit down with the Employer and work towards a collective agreement that meets your needs and interests.

We had previously scheduled March 3 – 6, 2025 for initial dates at the bargaining table with the Employer. Unfortunately, due to unanticipated circumstances beyond our control, we have had to postpone these dates.  

We have rescheduled to the earliest possible dates of availability for both our committee and the Employer’s committee, May 5 – 9, 2025. In the interim, your bargaining committee will continue preparations as we look forward to meeting the Employer on May 5.
