HSAA members that voted and are covered by a Collective Agreement with Rexall Pharmacy ULC (Calgary) have voted 100% in favour of endorsing the tentative agreement reached on June 13, 2025.
This agreement is considered ratified as of July 17, 2025, and will cover the period of December 21, 2024, to December 20, 2028.
The monetary payments are wage increases of 4% as of December 21, 2024 (to be paid retroactively to date of expiry); 3.5% as of December 21, 2025, 3% as of December 21, 2026, and 3% as of December 21, 2027. Details will be communicated in the coming days with the membership by both the employer and HSAA as to when the payments will occur.
