Information on potential Canada Post disruption
We want to inform you about a possible Canada Post service interruption which may occur in the coming weeks.
If a service interruption does occur, please be aware of the following changes that may impact the delivery of general mail, parcels and documents to HSAA members:
- HSAA will use alternate mail delivery services for general mail, merchandise, and servicing item parcels where possible.
- For locations with delivery challenges, mail and parcel pickup can be arranged at both the Edmonton and Calgary offices (this includes rural addresses, PO Boxes, and secured locations such as apartments, condominium complexes, and gated communities).
- HSAA may coordinate delivery of certain items with staff worksite visits where possible.
Please be aware that regular shipping timelines do not apply during any service interruptions. We appreciate your understanding while we work through these challenges and encourage you all to show solidarity with our CUPW brothers and sisters whenever possible.
