Voting in the election to select your President and Vice-President will open on Tuesday, Mar. 10, 2026, and close on Tuesday, Mar. 17, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (noon) MST.

The following candidates are running for HSAA President and Vice-President.

Election Process

We encourage all Local Unit Executives to promote participation in the election process!

Guidelines for candidates and Local Unit Executive Members are outlined in Policy 2.01 Rules and Procedures for Executive Officers and Board Members Elections.

Voting Procedure

ElectionBuddy will facilitate the e-voting process. We have signed a confidentiality agreement with ElectionBuddy. They will keep individual responses confidential and only aggregated results will be released. On March 10, you will receive an email from invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com, on behalf of HSAA, asking you to cast your vote.

Watch your inbox carefully – and check your junk or spam folders. To ensure delivery of this email, we recommend you add invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com to your safe sender list.

ElectionBuddy issues a personalized 16-character access key to each specific voter and can only be used once. The unique key will be required to access your ballot and will be included in the voting email from ElectionBuddy.
