Covenant Health Bargaining Update #15: Tentative Agreement Reached
Your bargaining team is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement with Covenant Health.
We are confident that this agreement brings significant and positive approvements for our members.
Your bargaining committee unanimously recommends ratification of this tentative agreement.

Town Halls
We will be holding town halls on December 9 and 10, where we will provide a summary of the Tentative Agreement and members will have the opportunity to ask questions. Register below:
December 9: Noon – 1:00 p.m.
December 9: 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
December 10: Noon – 1:00 p.m.
December 10: 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Ratification Vote
On December 11, you will receive an email from Election Buddy, our online voting platform.
Watch your inbox carefully – and check your junk or spam folders. To ensure delivery of this email, we recommend you add invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com to your safe sender list.
Voting Period
9:00 a.m. on December 11, 2025 to 4:00 p.m. on December 16, 2025.
Access Key
In the Election Buddy email, you will receive a personalized, 16-character access key. This key can only be used once. This means:
- You cannot forward your voting link to another member.
- Each member must receive their own email to vote.
