Bargaining updates

HSAA and Covenant Health concluded a second set of informal mediation meetings on October 23 and 24, 2025.

Both parties engaged in another two productive days of meaningful and constructive discussions. The tone was positive and both parties worked diligently to get closer in our outstanding non-monetary proposals. These conversations resulted in agreements on seven articles and two Letters of Understanding.

We had preliminary monetary discussions with the employer, and we will commence monetary proposal discussions during our next scheduled mediation dates: December 2, 3 and 4, 2025.
