Covenant Health Bargaining Update #13 - Update on Informal Mediation

HSAA and Covenant Health concluded the first set of informal mediation meetings on September 11 and 12, 2025.

With the assistance of Mediator Deborah Howes, both parties engaged in two productive days of meaningful and constructive discussions. These conversations resulted in agreements on two articles and two Letters of Understanding.

We appreciate the role of the mediator in facilitating open dialogue and helping each party better understand the other's proposals and perspectives.

We are making solid progress on finalizing the non-monetary articles and anticipate moving into discussions on monetary proposals during our next scheduled mediation dates: October 23 and 24, 2025.
