CapitalCare Collective Agreement Implementation Update

Bargaining updates

We are pleased to share the following implementation updates following ratification of the CapitalCare Collective Agreement (2024-2028), effective July 13, 2026.

Retroactive pay

  • Current employees are expected to receive their retroactive pay on August 19, 2026.
  • Former employees must apply for retroactive pay by September 1, 2026. Payments will be issued to eligible applicants after the deadline. If you know a former CapitalCare employee who may be eligible, please share this information and encourage them to apply.

New Collective Agreement

The new Collective Agreement is being proofread and will be posted on the HSAA website once it is complete.
