After more than two years without a Collective Agreement, 15 days of bargaining, four days of mediation, and continued discussions following mediation to resolve one final clause, your Bargaining Committee has a mediator’s recommendation with CapitalCare.

Your Bargaining Committee is very pleased with the result.

Before the recommendation can proceed to a ratification vote, it must be endorsed by the HSAA Board.
