Bonnyville Health Centre (GSS) Bargaining Update #6

Your elected Bargaining Committee and negotiator met with the employer on January 21, and January 22, 2026, to continue negotiations.

With AHS bargaining now concluded, discussions have been able to move forward more quickly. The negotiation process has remained constructive, and we are working through the final monetary proposals with the goal of reaching an agreement that reflects what members are seeking and deserve.

Additional bargaining dates have been scheduled for March 24 and 25, 2026. Unfortunately, earlier dates were not possible due to employer scheduling constraints.

We recognize that this has been a lengthy process and appreciate the patience you have shown as bargaining continues. Further updates will be shared as discussions progress.
