Bethany Care Society Bargaining Update #3

Bargaining continues with Bethany Care Society, although discussions have slowed while the parties work through monetary proposals.

HSAA has now tabled its full monetary package. We are waiting for the Employer’s response to our proposals and for the Employer to provide its own monetary proposals.

Our next bargaining dates are scheduled for October 19 and 20, 2026. These meetings are expected to focus on monetary issues. Your bargaining committee will provide a further update after we meet with the Employer.
