Your bargaining committee has been hard at work preparing for upcoming negotiations with Associated Ambulance. Over the course of five focused planning sessions, we've been laying a strong foundation to ensure we go to the table with a unified voice and a clear understanding of your priorities.
We want to thank everyone who completed the recent bargaining survey—your feedback has been instrumental in shaping our approach.
As a result, we’ve established a strong bargaining mandate grounded in the key themes that emerged from the survey responses. These top themes include:
- Wages
- Core/Flex scheduling and on-call structure
- Shift premiums
- Psychological health and benefits coverage
These areas are front and center in our preparations, and we’re committed to representing your interests with strength and clarity.
We’re currently working on scheduling bargaining dates with the employer and expect to begin formal negotiations in the near future.
Throughout this process, the bargaining committee will provide regular updates to keep you informed and engaged. We’re looking forward to advocating on your behalf and making real progress at the table.
