Associated Ambulance Bargaining Update #8

Your Bargaining Committee met with Associated Ambulance on April 8, for one day of negotiations due to a scheduling conflict.

What was discussed

Despite the limited time, the session was productive and discussions remained positive.

We are pleased to report that the parties signed off on:

  • A Memorandum of Agreement related to improvements in benefits.
  • Article 10: Overtime.

Where discussions stand

The committee continues to focus on advancing and resolving the remaining outstanding bargaining items, with the objective of reaching a fair and comprehensive agreement.

What happens next?

Your Bargaining Committee is scheduled to meet again with the employer on April 21-23. We will continue to keep members informed as progress is made.
