We need your input as we are preparing for formal mediation. To help guide the next steps in formal mediation, your bargaining committee is conducting a second survey to ensure we fully understand your expectations for wages, benefits, and our approach to the next steps in the bargaining process. 

Bargaining Survey Details: 

  • Dates: March 12-19 (closing at Noon)
  • Who can participate? All members covered by the AHS Agreement (Alberta Health Services, Recovery Alberta, Primary Care Alberta, Assisted Living Alberta, Acute Care Alberta, Bethany Nursing Home of Camrose, and Lamont Healthcare Centre)
  • Survey email: You will receive an email from RyanM@hsaa.ca (via Research.net) to participate

This is your opportunity to have your voice heard and shape the direction of our negotiations. Bargaining affects all of us, and understanding the process is key to standing strong together. We encourage you to prepare for the survey by reviewing our most recent bargaining updates and Mediation FAQ’s.

 

Connect With Your Union

Your President and Vice President will be holding meetings in every district over the next two weeks to walk you through what’s happening in our health care system and at our bargaining tables and discuss it all with you.  

We need every member to be informed, engaged, and ready to take action. The next few months will be crucial, and the decisions we make together will have a lasting impact—not just on health care professionals but on all Albertans who rely on our services.

  • The state of our health care system
  • How we can stand together in solidarity
  • Your questions, concerns, and insights
