Use this form to provide your contact information so we can reach you if a strike vote is called, but you prefer to remain a non-member of HSAA.

If you would like to become an HSAA member, please complete the Membership Application Form. Only HSAA members are eligible to vote on collective agreement ratifications and to receive strike pay in the event of a strike.
