Steward 101 Workshop (Edmonton)

Steward 101 is a foundational program designed to empower new and experienced stewards with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to effectively represent and support union members in the workplace. As the first point of contact between members and the union, stewards play a critical role in protecting workers' rights, enforcing the collective agreement, and building union solidarity.

This interactive course combines practical exercises, scenario-based learning, and group discussions to prepare stewards for the challenges they may face on the job.
