Round Up Music Festival Member Appreciation

Yahoo! Stampede season is almost here and HSAA members in the Calgary District are invited to enter a random draw to attend the Round Up Music Festival during the Calgary Stampede at Prince’s Island Park on Thursday, July 9.

This members-only event is a chance to dust off your boots, enjoy live music, snacks and refreshments in a private VIP area. 

More than a ticket to a Stampede event, this gathering is a chance to spend time with other members from across the Calgary District and enjoy a fun, relaxed evening. 

Tickets to other Stampede events, including midway access, are not included.  

This event is for active members who work in the Calgary District. Space is limited, and members will be selected through a random draw. Submitting your name does not guarantee a spot.   

How to enter the draw 

Draw submissions are open from June 4 to June 17 (4:00 p.m.). Successful and unsuccessful applicants will be notified by email by Tuesday June 23. 

To enter, click the button above or follow these steps: 

1. Log in to hsaa.ca 
2. Click My Profile → My Events → Available Events 
3. Select CALGARY DISTRICT-Round Up Music Festival Draw Entry 
4. Click Waitlist 

A waitlist will also be created from the random draw. If a selected member is no longer able to attend, HSAA may offer the spot to a member on the waitlist.
