Note that the dinner on Monday, October 19, is a member-only event that forms part of the formal agenda. Chairs’ Conference attendees are expected to attend.

Purchase your Kananaskis Conservation Pass
Kananaskis Conservation Pass is required for all vehicles parked in Kananaskis. Please purchase a pass online prior to your arrival and submit your receipt to be reimbursed. With a Conservation Pass, complimentary outdoor parking at the Kananaskis Mountain Lodge is included. Valet parking is not included and will not be reimbursed.

Make a plan to vote
Albertans will vote in a provincial referendum on October 19, 2026, which coincides with the Conference. Please make a plan to vote in advance of the polls. Advance voting runs October 13–17. Visit Elections Alberta for voting locations.

Hotel (More then 375km)
If you are more then 375km from the event location you are eligible for a third night of hotel accommodation. This third night’s accommodation must be booked by you at a hotel on HSAA’s approved Hotel list. You may select an approved hotel that works best for your travel plans and submit the expense in accordance with HSAA’s travel and accommodation process Unfortunately we are not able to extend your stay at the Kananaskis Hotel to a third night.
