Join the HSAA Constituency Action Team

Do you care about the future of health care in Alberta?

Do you want elected officials to better understand the realities facing health-care professionals and patients?

Do you want to build relationships that can influence decisions and create change in your community?

If so, the HSAA Constituency Action Team is for you!

The Constituency Action Team is a brand new, member-led, non-partisan program that connects HSAA members with their local MLAs. Together, we work to ensure elected officials from all parties understand the challenges facing frontline health-care professionals, the impact on patients, and the solutions HSAA members bring forward every day.

This program is about building relationships, sharing real stories, and helping decision-makers better understand the value of a strong health care workforce.

You do not need political experience to get involved, and the time commitment is flexible.

HSAA will provide training and support to help members feel confident engaging with their elected representatives and participating in advocacy activities in their communities.

By joining the Constituency Action Team, you can help ensure HSAA members and patients have a stronger voice in shaping the future of health care.

What do Constituency Action Team members do?
