We woke up this morning to the devastating news that two Edmonton police officers have been killed in the line of duty.
Constables Brett Ryan and Travis Jordan were responding to a domestic disturbance call when they were shot.
We mourn their passing and honour their sacrifice.
Tragedies like this impact the entire first-responder community. We are all linked in the work we do as a family of dedicated professionals who respond when people need help.
Now we need to take the time to support each other.
