We appreciate your engagement and participation in this process. As health-care professionals, you are best positioned to understand the operational realities that need to be reflected in these staffing plans.

The information you have shared is invaluable. We are currently reviewing and compiling your feedback as we prepare our response for the next step in the ESA process.

Once we have either returned to the bargaining table for informal discussions or moved forward with filing the ESA and entering the formal resolution process, we will provide further updates.
