Christenson Communities Ltd. Bargaining Update #8

We are writing to provide you with an update on bargaining at Royal Oak.

There has been progress in the sale process, and we have been informed that a purchaser has now been approved by the courts. This is an important step in the process and should provide more clarity about what comes next for bargaining.

Once the sale is completed, we expect to learn when bargaining can resume with the new employer.

We anticipate having more information in November. We will provide another update as soon as we have greater clarity on the process and timing for returning to the bargaining table.
